Tips on Card Reader
Turning on and managing Tip settings on individual card readers.
In order to make a card reader capable of prompting for tips you will need to go into:
Admin > Card Processing > Terminals and click on the Gear icon to enable / disable tips and customize the tips options for suggested amount. You can set this as a set $ amount or as a dynamic % of sale amount.
Checking the Custom amount option will allow the user to click custom amount on Card Reader and enter the tip value of their choosing.
The new terminal settings get picked up by the terminal during it's overnight update process. If you want to see the changes implemented on the terminal instantly. On the terminal go to Settings > Configuration
