Store Setup

Add Store
Go to Admin > Stores and click on the Add Store button.
Tax percentage the total Tax Rate to be applied at POS for this store
Shopper's statement store name entry will appear on your customers credit card statement. This field can't be altered in app once it has been saved.
Legacy system store id if you are using another POS and Inventory Control system, this is the ID of this individual store in that system. This allows us to tie items to the correct store when importing inventory from a legacy system export.

Assign Users
Once you have added a store you will want to assign users to the store. Non admin users have to be assigned to the individual stores they will be working in.
Add Inventory
This can be done Manually, by Scan, or by Importing a .csv

Import Mapping:
Product Name: Product Title or Description
Product Code: Manufacturers product number such as ISBN / UPC
Retail Price: The price your customer will pay for the item.
Total Quantity: Quantity on hand, inventory count
SKU: If importing from a legacy system, this is the number that makes this item unique in your system. It is the number found when scanning labels produced by your system. We need your legacy systems SKU in order to scan your labels and in order import your sales back into your legacy system properly.

Purchase Price: Your cost per unit of the item.
Delete Inventory
You can also remove inventory by individual item or by removing all inventory from the store in one step.
The benefit of removing all inventory in one step would be if you have a store set up for events and you want to refresh your inventory for every event.
