# Product Lists
The simplest way to create a Products list is through the Find Product screen
- Click on the ***Product*** button on the NavBar
- Run your search with whatever filters you'd like
- Select the items you'd like to add to a list
- Right click on one of them
- Choose Product List - Add Items
- This brings up the Product List window
- Double click on the list you want to add to
- from here you can also create a new list by clicking on the ***New*** button
- A prompt will appear
- Click on the ***OK*** button
When you use the Advanced Search and saved queries you can pretty much create a list based on any product data from this screen.

Product Lists can be created using several different programs in iMerchant as well
Within the system you can create a Product List anywhere an item comes up in a result grid by right clicking on it.
You can also create a product list from an external file, via ***File \> Imports \> Product List from File***
Once a Product List has been created and named, you can use lists as input in searches, reports, buying, returning.
