# View the Balance Card number sold on a particular transaction.
Customer:
I'm having trouble remembering how to view the balance card # that was sold on a particular transaction.
I have the sale ID but want to see the account #s of the four gift cards sold.
Answer:
If you have the Sale ID you can use the Tender Balance History finder.
Go To:
*Modules \> Point of Sale \> Tender Balance History*
- Use the Sale Number field with your sale ID.
- This will bring up the entry made by the sale.
- The ***Properties*** button will call up the sale for review.
- There is a Tender Account number column which has the Account Number
- You can use the Account Number in the Tender Accounts finder to see an overview of the account.
- The history option of Tender Balances will show you all the historical activity against the account.
