View the Balance Card number sold on a particular transaction.

Customer:

I'm having trouble remembering how to view the balance card # that was sold on a particular transaction.

I have the sale ID but want to see the account #s of the four gift cards sold.

Answer:

If you have the Sale ID you can use the Tender Balance History finder.

Go To:

Modules > Point of Sale > Tender Balance History

• Use the Sale Number field with your sale ID.
• This will bring up the entry made by the sale.
• The Properties button will call up the sale for review.
• There is a Tender Account number column which has the Account Number
  • You can use the Account Number in the Tender Accounts finder to see an overview of the account.
• The history option of Tender Balances will show you all the historical activity against the account.
