Show Inactive is the same as showing Delete Items or Products in IMRCHNT. We do not remove items, we will hide them from search results unless you select the option below.
Open PRODUCTS SEARCH and select the ACTIVE field and select INACTIVE
Next in VIEW menu above click - SHOW DELETED ITEMS
Then click FIND to see results.
