# Setup Balance Card Product

**Enable the Balance Card Product Type**

\- Under Industries: BALANCE CARD (check the checkbox)

If you do not have any existing Balance Cards from the new Industry, 

Go to: **PRODUCTS** \> **NEW**

If you do not have a designer screen setup for the new GIft Card Industry, 

Use the following XML template: [**Gift Card Design Screen XML**](https://www.dropbox.com/s/kqx5eqigw7o1xkl/BalanceCardDesignerScreen.xml?dl=0)

If the price is blank (retail price) then it will prompt at the register for the amount of the balance card.

## Find Balance Cards on System

**Search for balance cards** by opening the Product Search option,

then selecting the **INDUSTRY FIELD** and select **BALANCE CARD**
