Export Inventory to Biblio

Setup Inventory Export

Use the IMERCHANT Fillz interface to export inventory to your Biblio.com website.  

Find via: Tools > Interface > Fillz                      More Information on Fillz Interface

Switch to the Selection / Mapping tab to specify the details of your account.

You can ignore the access key and secret key boxes

Refresh / Purge Inventory

First upload a blank file to Biblio.com to purge your inventory.

Next open IMERCHANT and open the Fillz Interface.

Then click EDIT > CLEAR LAST EXTRACT DATE

Then go back to the main tab > STATUS

Click the button: Create and Send Inventory

At this stage, wait until the file is created and Ftp'd.  Once the file is processed at Biblio you can turn back on your scheduled task and automate the process with only updated records.
